Yes - Cellphone-case only chooses to stock the very best quality products from professional China manufacturers. The quality is guaranteed.
All products that arrive in the Cellphone-case warehouse are checked for perfect appearance and correct functionality.
Our packing staff checks again to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country. (Please note in the case of region-specific items such as MP3 player, car DVD player and GSM mobile phones etc you are responsible for ordering the correct units and we will send you exactly what you order.)
Due to our stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by Cellphone-case is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and we will help you solve these problems to a level far beyond what you will receive from any other China-based seller.
If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.

 

1. In general, if a product develops a fault during the 3 months since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.

2. Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to the Cellphone-case returns address as instructed by Customer Support.

3. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

4. When we receive your authorized return we will repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.

5. If a repair is impossible we will credit you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.

We don't believe companies should ignore their customers or try to hide from problems. We will do our best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully. Please tell us if you are a drop-shipper and have returns issues with Cellphone-case goods you have sold to your customers.

 

Exceptions to Warranty

 

1. We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from Cellphone-case.

2. The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

3. The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.

4. Rechargeable batteries can also be permanently reduced in capacity if you leave them completely drained for a long period of time. To keep your batteries healthy keep them charged and in use. All Cellphone-case products have the batteries tested and confirmed OK when entering our warehouse stock, and we ensure proper stock turnover so no products are expired when we send them out. When you receive your items, charge the batteries fully before use, as we do not pre-charge the batteries for you on all items. Therefore the general 3 month product warranty from Cellphone-case does NOT apply to rechargeable batteries

Do I need to send products all the way to China?
Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.

For Made-To-Order products, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. 

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below.Phone cases warranty 7days after customers received the cases, if a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
